Bill Evans

Bill is the President and Owner of Bi-County Inc. in Chalfont, PA. In addition to being a licensed Master Plumber, he is a certified K-12 Reading Specialist, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Education. He is a Board Member with the Chalfont-New Britain Sewer Authority.

Bill is a member of Gwynedd Friends Meeting, and serves on its Property Committee.
