Norma Coverdale

Norma began her career in long-term care over 30 years ago. With a broad knowledge base and connections with a variety of network of professionals, she understands that, when it comes to aging, one size doesn’t fit all. “It’s important to look at older adults as individuals,” says Norma, “Some like to be active and on-the-go, and others are private or spectators.” Her approach? “Encouraging and being present are most important to helping folks make the right plan. You need to know you have a friend to help along the way.”
