Steve Grant 

Steve has been in Facilities Management for over 30 years. As the Environmental Services Director for Friends Village, Steve overseas the maintenance, housekeeping, security and transportation services. He is also part of the technology team and is a CAPS certified aging in place specialist.  Steve’s experience allows him to manage the many renovations that are taking place at Friends Village. He has a close working relationship with all of the residents and immerses himself fully into whatever their needs are. Being around the residents at both of our campuses creates a much stronger relationship that has actually grown into a friendship for Steve.  By responding quickly to resident needs, he believes he brings a better quality of life to Friends Village.
